TRUST TAKES YEARS TO GROW
We started in the 1980s as a business based on family artisan traditions. Today, we are a limited partnership with the former business of Andrzej Kubicki contributed in-kind. We believe in intergenerational synergy in our board and team; we combine experience and prudence with modern solutions and innovation founded on the latest technologies and trends.
Since day one, we have focused on top quality. The partnership opened a road to improved capitalisation, continuity of operation and supply, and certainty of a global standard of production and customer service.
Looking back, we see consecutive milestones that ensured our current stable market position:
We decided to expand with the sale of tools by renowned Polish and international brands already in 1991. We believed that comprehensible service would make life easier for our partners. We were right. The next step to streamline business for our customers was to open a virtual tool warehouse with a more extensive offer from European brands in 2004.
In 2010, we started to produce custom tools to further our growth and business.
We rebranded our name and logo from GOSTAR to GOSTAR TOOLS in 2012. The more focused name better reflects our dominant effort. We have improved our management system and won more suppliers and products.
We deployed an ISO 9001:2008 quality management system in 2013 for the design and sale of professional cutting tools. By the end of 2015, we consolidated our ISO 9001:2008 quality management procedures for all three processes: design, production, and sale of the tools.
The year 2016 was a time of preparation for infrastructural expansion and change of the legal form to boost our growth into international markets.
In 2017, we made an in-kind contribution of our business to a limited liability company, limited partnership, to maximise our production and service potential.
We successfully adjusted our ISO 9001 procedures to the latest ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements and were certified the same year.
In 2018, we started the challenging process of production floor and office expansion to facilitate handling a growing number of customers.
A year later, we moved to more spacious facilities.
In 2020, our operations were stable despite the COVID-19 pandemic, and we could deliver on all our promises.
2021 was a time of continued stable delivery and more green investments.
